Cancellations must be done within 3 hours of ordering, provided I have not already issued shipping confirmation. Cancellations are not accepted during sales events.
Combining & Modifying Orders
I am unable to combine or modify orders during sales or busy periods.
If the crypt is quiet and you have not received shipping confirmation on your previous order, please email me BEFORE making another at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if it is viable.
Items will be sent to the address entered by the customer at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, so please double check when ordering. If you notice a mistake just after you have ordered, please email me immediately. Items sent to an incorrectly entered address will not be refunded.
Refunds, Exchanges and Damaged Items
Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
While every item is checked for quality before shipping, mistakes sometimes still happen. If your item is damaged or faulty - or if zombies have nibbled at my brains and I have made a mistake with your order* - please follow these steps:
- Take a clear photo of the item/s showing the issue.
- Send the photo/s to email@example.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue, in case it is not clear in the photos.
- Once I have reviewed your case, I will email you to arrange a replacement or refund. Please allow up to 48 hours for me to respond.
Depending on the product and/or issue, I may require you to post the item back to me. If this is required, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Shipping, Customs & Taxes
Shop processing times can be found at the top of the screen, with most orders being process within 2-5 business days. Please allow longer during busy periods and sales.
Shipping within Australia usually takes 3-10 business days, sometimes up to 14. International shipping may take up to 31 business days, depending on customs. We offer several options for shipping, however if you choose one that does not include tracking, we will be unable to assist you if your parcel does not arrive within the estimated delivery times.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for untracked parcels that become lost or damaged. Refunds or replacements for tracked parcels that become lost or damaged will be assess on a case by case basis.
We are not responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. Any additional charges must be paid for by the recipient. It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of their local laws and regulations.
Reselling and Artwork Licences
All artwork and designs are the creation of Lindsay Mansfield - owner and operator of Pixel Macabre. All items and designs are for personal use only and are not to be copied, imitated, resold, or redistributed.
We do not give permission for our items to be sold or represented in any manner that may reflect negatively upon Pixel Macabre. This includes implying that you are a reseller of our goods, repackaging our items and claiming them as your own, or destashing our items at a price equal to or higher than our retail pricing.
From time to time, I may offer custom artistic services. If purchasing a custom request, you will be required to agree to an additional conditions of use BEFORE I commence work.

* In the case of a Zombie outbreak, I can not guarantee that I will be able to respond to your email, nor can I guarantee that any product sold be free from said zombie virus.
